I am sorry Dusty, I overlooked the cpt 13.The antichrist is satan come in human form.Just as Jesus came in human form to save us, satan has to come in human form to deceive.The heads and horns spoken about in cpt 13 are nations, and heads, or kings, of those nations.The animal symbols are given for nations also.Magog is Russia, Magog translates as the Bear,US symbol is the Eagle,and so on.When u read of the animal with several different animal parts it is talking of combined nations standing as one.Watch the movie Mageddo,its the closest translation of what is going to happen that I have seen on film.

U are right Jlw,I had a minister friend in college who had a professor who didnt believe in God or the Bible,He asked the class to do a thesis on any subject and prove its point to him. My friend chose the Bible.He took history and historical events like the one u mentioned and proved to the professor that the Bible was indeed true,and that everything up to that point in time that it profesied had indeed come to pass.The professor stated that he had proved to him it was true.I was impressed to say the lest.
well I agree with u in part.The catching away of the saints will occure first.Then the bible says there will be a great tribulation such as this world has never seen,when the antichrist declares himself as God the jews spiritual will be opened and 144000 will be saved.They will then realize that the massiah has already come, they crucified him the first time he came, because of this they have to go through the great tribulation in order to be saved.Its complacated I know. because the Bible all goes together.And its hard to explain it in parts.

The bible says the antichrist will be a man from the east.Yes I believe hes alive and about 40 some yrs old.He will be in control for 7 yrs and the last 3 1/2 years he will set himself up as God and demand everyone to bow down and worship him and also to take the mark.Now What worries me is the bible says there will be a forerunner of the antichrist,called the beast,he will be wounded to death and the Antichrist will come in and raise him from the dead,therefore causing everyone to fall after him.I had not thought of this,but I have said if Obama gets in he could be the forerunner.Obama has something about him that just makes me cringe and most God believibg people are feeling this.So ur right on my friend
What amazes me on these forums,is the fact other countries are always downing America.U never hear any of the good we have done at the expense of our our sons and daughters and Tax dollers.Most threads say keep ur nose out. and then another will be asking why we r not in the african countries helping.but never mention all the food shipped to the countries like Sudan and others who have had a disaster.We have always been right there for the underdog and to help.IMO it takes a lot of guts to come on here and diss us.Remember ur country may be the next one asking for help.If McCain and Palin are so stupid.,why are they running for the white house, and all u nay sayers are on a dating site dissing them,calling them stupid.Its really kind of funny in a way. Sometimes life takes awhile to bring you back around to reaping what u sow,but it always does in one way or another.I hope he has to spend the rest of his life sitting in a cell thinking of what his original crime was.I dont find joy in that, but its justice and I am sure the goldmans and nichols parents are finally at peace.
