Buy one of those mobile home caravans, and cruize around the country there are a lot of people who do this and they meet up and there is a huge social network. If you cant afford one, then maybe find a friend who has one and ask if you can go on holiday with them to give it a try.

Can someone explain the 'friends request' please

Thanks Yes it is my decision, but i mainly sent the thread because i was a little confused over the friends request as wasnt sure what it meant. I appreciate your view on it Liberty and that sounds like common sense approach. As normal i had the wrong end of the donkey lol

Can someone explain the 'friends request' please

Hi I seem to get quite a lot of these 'friends request' s but i do not know these people. Are you suppose to go through this process if you want to become friends with someone on this site. I am sort of new to this whole thing so my understanding is that if a guy liked a girl he would send her a flower or he may email an introductory email.
Then the lady would be able to have a look at his profile and if she found him interesting she would flower back or email a return response. So guess i am sort of confused at the friend request, especially if you have not spoken before.

Also at the risk of sounding like too much of a softie, but am struggling with writing 'thanks but no thanks' is it ok to put on your profile that if i dont email you back you are not my type or something similar? Or would that be rude?
