Interesting thought.It's sheer nonsense to say such of a thing when you actually have never lived in Bulgaria and don't know her laws.I am curious to get know who has been implanting rubbish in your head for the connection between bulgarian police and criminals.Btw the level of the criminal misdeeds in Bulgaria is much more lower than in the other East-European countries. Cheaper than in the UK,definitely, but the cheapest place in East- European region,I am not really sure!!
