Nearly 11pm and I'm alert..I should be tired as in brain dead..Unfortunately I'm alert & this ain't good going into my sixth day of working out tomorrow...Probably watching Souths play..My adrenaline is still pumping from that game
I don't drink coffee but today I was standing at the coffee shelf..I'm thinking okay I will buy coffee and once in a blue moon I will make myself a cappuccino....No I don't own a machine but I know how to make a cappuccino manually using my hand & wrist..
Here I am thinking gawd all these coffee brands..I'm bloody lost
I chose a jar of Moccona coffee..I went for granules instead of the powder looking coffee..Fingers crossed this brand tastes nice
You can lay like a starfish all you like..I mentioned a few exercises I do from a zillion moves that could be incorporated in the bedroom..That is if a man had any idea what to do..
