How to get positive results through positive thinking?

Negative thoughts appears to be more prevalent than positive thoughts.
positive thinking requires some effort, whereas negative thinking come easily and uninvited.how to get rid of negative thoughts??

All i do was to cry,cry, cry,

asking my self a thousand questions why it happened when i've tried all ways to save our relationship.i was so lost for months,but god is great,with time flowing i am back to one piece and alive till date.

yes it was a very bad experience

That happen during the first trimester.. After that i no more get addicted to it . Its really funny for my daughter really hate kerosene smell..

I remember when i was pregnant with my first kid.. I crave the smell of kerosene.i really go crazy when the i get its smell..i can go on with out food just to get it smell.. But i tried to control.. Now its no big deal..

Our place is not so freezing cold nor burning hot..you will see no fans in our place.. But yes we are among the colder region of india..
But yes shimla and dharamsala are coldest,they are below the himalayas..

Yes,sometimes when it rain non stop for weeks(mid monsoon) but we get used to it..and after the rain stops, everything goes pleasant..

I love snow but It never snow here nor we experienced a roasted summer. Shillong is like a natural air condition. In Summer maximum rain.the place of the world's highest rainfall ,cherrapunjee is near shillong.
