I am good thanks...Enjoying my week off, and weather helping a lot.

I cut the grass today for the first time with my new push mower.... The idea was that it would be safe enough for the boys to use....But its a nightmare.... Really hard to push...By the time I finished it I thought the first part would be ready to cut again.... Oh well I might get a few muscles in my arms...

He tried everything, and the place that worked for him was Wat Thamkrabok in Thailand.. He has always been spiritual and into meditation anyway, but this place did the trick. He now has a baby boy too and I think 2 or 3 years away from the drink.

He has a blog going instead of a second book.... following his sober years.. I will email it to you

Still on same one that I have been reading for a while.... Good book, but getting thru it real slow which is not like me at all..

Cant remember the name of it but its written by Osama Bin Ladens sister in law, and its her story... Really very good

But best book I read is The Last Escape by Paul Garrigan

He is my cousin and wrote about his struggle with alcohol... dont think you can get it in Ireland yet. I got it from bangkok books.com as he is living in thailand and thats where he got off the drink too... He is now married to a thai girl.... Really great read.. very honest... but then I would be biased being related to him

Too right. Will be paying back for next 5 months or so but its worth it...

Borrowed from my folks... thankfully my dad looking for his comp as much as I wanted it... I am off work next week and asked if I could borrow comp for week....Thats when they offered to give me money to get one and I pay them back monthly....Wish I had thought of that months ago...

Also paying them back for shed... so should be clear in October/november
