maybe he is..I live right here in Oregon.. I really was talking about Countries not states but what the heck,,,maybe northern Cal is nice. It still is in the USA and if it is that seperate than the rest it kinda tells me something about a Country divided in many many ways. It almost seems as though each state is a mini country or something. always who's better than who. that is why I put this up to see if there is a place without all this conflict.
I know,,and I have learned that if the main basis of a concept is to "conflict" with another,, there will always be conflict with that Concept....kind of a touge twister. lol ;-}
Interesting.. I know in San Bernadino they literally stole my card and everything I owned except my "shorts" I didn;t even have shoes. so Northern California? hmmm, why is it different then Oregon?
And it's big too. that's great,, so for the whole, things seem pretty together there? not civil wars and such? how do they handle visitors? or even people that would like to move there and live?

yes, I really know nothing about Malta. I only heard of it on heremaybe a year ago. Is it part of another Country? Or what kind of Goverment does it have?
