I reread this a few times and then aloud. I am not following you. I am curious though, are you from the USA originally? the phrasing just sounds off..not being critical,,,just trying to see where you are coming from and understand what you are saying. Thanks
just for anyone else reading this,,the things I say are just what I have seen and been exposed to while I was there..this picture was taken there acctually. Yes..I met a woman that was from a very wealthy and prominent Family,,If I would have Married her, she wanted me to live there, Work and support the two of us, plus because her family is so wealthy I would be expected to give them even more money than I would have if the family was poor, she is two years older than me and that is not common there,,ussually men are looking there to marry someone half there age. She wanted me to work while she was in the evening limelight ,,sleeping in,,,bossing the maid and driver around..sometimes I had to remind her I was not the hired help!! LOL,,then she would back off a bit,,,but yu see that was not the "typical" situation you hear about. anyway,,,,yeah,,,the one site I saw ,,you will come across it eventually ,,,they talk about everything,,cost of wedding,,the cost of the family lodging,,you name it,,,,they have a formula for it...again,,that is not everyone.
and by the way, I dont think it is wrong, I just think it must be clear to both people so they dont regret it.
there's way more to it than you might think. If you google you will find some real good info that I think is pretty straight forward. I have been to manila and I believe for the right couple it is great,,,but you really got to know what you are doing..it is a differnt way of life completely...and ussually statistically when you remove someone from their enviroment they will begin to change. I sugguest if you want to keep all that lifestyle than go there and stay there. And that was the advice of a American man that owns a Hotel on one of the nice white sandy beaches. And you will Take care of the family. it's all pretty much expected...of course like anything there will be some exceptions.

yes,,,well,,never made pan pipes,but made flutes,,wind chimes,,,,many years ago made bongs,,now I am collecting as much as I can to build a nice little hut. Then maybe some little fences,,I have a lot of ideas for the bamboo thanks for asking ;-}
