I personally feel, you have to take people for who they are. No changes, why in the world would you want someone to be who they're not. I am who I am. You take it all or none at all.
If you do make some changes, will there be more to come and expectations that you do them?
not a good idea with a friend, someone may end up with feelings, why risk it.
personally couldn't do it with someone online or a stranger. I'm a bit of a germ phob when it comes to people I don't know and all I would be thinking about is how do u live, what did u eat before this, what did u touch. I would be freaking out.
The first boyfriend my parents knew about...came to pick me up for our first date, my Dad brings him to the kitchen, tells him I own a shot gun and it's loaded, pick a magnet and leave your @#% on the fridge.
Very embarrassing, but we were together for two years.
You're on a blind date it's going ok, but there is no connection and no attraction. All you're thinking is I just want to leave. How long do you stay? How do you get out of it? Is it possible to just end the date without upsetting the other person?
Really, it's like all I ask for is just be up front and honest, just say it.
The worst part is, I've been hanging out at this local place every Friday for a long time. Guy #2 is on a softball league and this place sponsors their team. They play on Fridays and are up there every Friday now after the game.
I did not. I figured they wasted enough of my time, why give them the pleasure of wasting more. Believe me last night I wanted to walk up to him and ask him what his problem was, but as a lady I sat with my friends and had a great anyways.
That's what I can't figure out. These are guys I've met in person, been out with, talked to. I invested a lot of time and opened myself up for what, It kind of makes me sour.
(1): I can't figure it out. I met this guy and we talked for months, went out on several dates it was great we always had fun. A few weeks ago I'm on the phone with him and he asked if I liked him. I said I did, he said that's very good. So he syas he will be in the area this weekend can I take you out. I agreed. We texted back and forth the day of, but no mention of going out. I said nothing about it and he didn't. Have not talked to him since. (2): Met a guy a few weeks ago at a local place I hang out at. He asked for my number I gave it to him, we've talked and IMed. Last Sunday we were talking I wasn't going to go up to the local place this Friday, but he said he wanted me to show up. The group of us went up there. He says absolutely nothing to me. I am confused and do not know what is going on.
