I clearly said NOT a big company. And also not small. It's just withing India for now. But you are right. I should find other and more suitable forum for my question. Almost everything turns into comic here.
A cop stopped me for speeding. He said, “Why were you going so fast?” I said, “See this thing my foot is on? It’s called an accelerator. When you push down on it, it sends more gas to the engine. The whole car just takes right off. And see this thing? This steers it.”
This is a very thoughtful thread in my notice. The point of disadvantage for me is work rush. Everything now is a rush towards earning, towards success, and for extra hours. No matter how much you love your job but the companies are taking away the family time, self quality time, refreshing hours and break. In majority of cases we lack job satisfactory. I love what I specialize in but why do I have to spend long hours everyday for 6 days to make the company better? Also the lunch hour barely exists. Modern life is now equal to corporate life. Just the other day I was going through a site
mentioned that work pressure of modern lifestyle leads to mental illness and emotional hindrance. See!! Everything is a chain reaction. You are right about the ads and marketing. They are not providing a cure for our necessity. Instead their ad is all about deeming to create a necessity (which is pointless) and themselves giving a solution to it. And public also is always driven away. It's completely product-oriented and not customer-centric. The modern work places are the manufacturer of stress, discomfort and struggle that takes away mental peace.
I am into management in not a very big company. I have been thinking to reside elsewhere and explore opportunities for both work and personal life. In short, a change. Suggest me some good and small places with low cost of living and peaceful environment.
Love can be an expression and a feeling. Expression for material things and feeling that is realized within. Love is a cognition. If you achieve it, it can give you peace and mend the broken.
RE: Thoughts For The Day
I can feel you. I paint too and working on a collection. When I held my brush after a break, I could feel the peace inside.
