I am into management in not a very big company. I have been thinking to reside elsewhere and explore opportunities for both work and personal life. In short, a change.
Suggest me some good and small places with low cost of living and peaceful environment.

India, amongst other subcontinent countries, has the lowest cost of living in the world.

First world countries have extortionate prices for housing, utilities and other everyday expenses.

You would need to study and gain qualifications in medicine or other professional fields to earn an income to be able to afford it and even then, be prepared to start at the bottom as these qualifications are often not recognised.

I don't mean to burst your bubble, just calling it like it is, but if you work hard you might make your dream come true like many others have handshake

Are you calling India a third world country, Serene?!
I wouldn't do that if I was you...
India has the sixth largest economy in the world and space program since 1962...
Hardly an undeveloped country...
And you somehow presume she isn't working hard already...?!
It seems she is pretty well educated too...

India is still called a third world country because of the big divide between rich & poor .
However , it still has the biggest economy growth worldwide . wave

Fortunately, it has a great history & it’s not inhabited by ex prisoners.

The divide is something else...
The first world countries just keep the lever of poverty wrapped under a social system that makes poor people feel less poor than they really are...
But that's just an illusion...

Maybe , but the standard of living does play a key role and the system in the west gives everyone the opportunity to prosper .
We don’t see people hanging on for dear life on trains or bus tops on their way to work & we do have a reasonable health care system where you can get an appointment with a GP … eventually doh
