First world countries have extortionate prices for housing, utilities and other everyday expenses.
You would need to study and gain qualifications in medicine or other professional fields to earn an income to be able to afford it and even then, be prepared to start at the bottom as these qualifications are often not recognised.
I don't mean to burst your bubble, just calling it like it is, but if you work hard you might make your dream come true like many others have

We don’t see people hanging on for dear life on trains or bus tops on their way to work & we do have a reasonable health care system where you can get an appointment with a GP … eventually
