In a way, I can relate to that.

I never felt at home in my birth place and I had to leave.

I felt at home - momentarily in England and I missed it when I moved to Germany.

But, having lived in Spain for many years, I've never missed any of the other countries.

I was inspired from the lines of Patch Adams.

How about you? Where is your Home?

They say Home is where your heart is. But, is it really?

What about if you have lived in several countries. Is Home your birthplace?

There you are. It is not as bad as you make out

It must be nice to meditate in the snow?
I used to ski when living in Germany, and also ice skate, so I'm used to very low temperatures.

I also did almost 18 months of daily sungazing, reaching 40 mn.

But the beach really does it for me, doing Tai chi, or just sitting. No distractions there.

Maybe when waking up?

Whenever I try before going to sleep, I usually fall asleep.

Meditating doesn't necessarily mean to sit or lie still...
It can be done when walking in nature and connecting with mother earth.

Or...when doing some artwork...dancing...playing music..
