Retired on a veterans pension after 2 1/2 yrs of child protection. Do a bit of wood work, painting (oils) writing (autobiography) and look after my 3 1/2 yo granddaughter. Emmy has brough such joy and purpose to my life, iI don't know what I would do without her now. Yes she is a real handfull at times, but then she says " Granddad I love you this much" (hands spread as far as she can get them). It really is rewarding, and quite satisfying because I know i am a much better granddad than I was a dad.

Back in 1965 when Lord Casey was about to be sworn in as GG, I was posted to Albatross to train for the Royal Guard for the Ceremony. Whilst I was in that district, I never looked you up! What a missed opportunity.

Yep, Handling it, because of the medication, to be honest i dont care whether it works or is a pllacebo, among other things, it settled my stomach (ulcer symptoms, reflux and toilet troubles) from age 21 through to mid 50s. Placebo??? I dont bloody care, it works

YES,
I was working in child protection and had a total breakdown in 2000. I finished work and went on to a war pension as it was related to vietnam service back in 1965. I take my medication daily and visit the psych regularly. The main effect these days is when there is emotional stress, i get very tired very quickly. Having said that, I have fulltime care of my # 1/2 yo (step) granddaughter. We do ok, and have a reasonable life, mind you without the daily home child care, I dont know if I could handle it.
