No it is not stupid !! What is stupid is , your friend wanting to be the bearer of gossip .... of course she didn't mean to hurt you , but really she should have valued being in your life a bit more !! When someone tells me something in confidence , I keep that in confidence , or will die trying !
Aww Claayer but it was 100% the right , healthy reaction from you ! Why bother have that kind of friend , I personally would prefer to go to the newspapers and broadcast it myself ! Sorry you experienced it , but what doesn't kill us makes us stronger!!
You have to know your boundaries ! If it ever comes to the stage where you are feeling that the friendship is not equal IMO talk first thaen if it is not sorted perhaps it is not true friendship! Luckily for me I have good friendships , I have never needed to take any form of action in regards to leaving friendships but I would if it was necessary!
Ah thanks Trish , but my neices had lovely dresses on and looked really beautiful , but were so shy , I was the very same when I was that age , so shy and deffo no self assured !!
I think I can beat that Was at a 21st birthday last night , had the best laugh ever ...... Tell you one thing, I wouldn't like to go back to that age !! Was just observing all my neices and a nephews and they are fab , whoever the akwardness of youth , shines through, I wanted to hug them all and say how fantastic they are ..... Kids now a days are under such pressue to know it all, do it all before they are 18 , for all they think they know , they are still as sweet and unasured as we were back in the day ............. it's kinda sweet !
