One of the mechanics at work suggested that it might be using too thin a viscosity oil, he went on and explained that might be the reason for the varying oil usage. It gets down to how the car has been driven.
Has the Car Dealer been aware of the motor using oil? if so, how long ago? For him to tell you its burning oil "internally" seems strange to me. Was there a full comprensive insurance for the first 12months? There after you have coverage on Labour and not on parts?
...or is the insurance based on the kilometers travelled from time of purchase?
Sorry to ask so many questions, you could have a case though.
There talking a reconditioned motor? to replace a motor thats done 61,000 km's?
Id forgotten i still had it, until i seen some of the games on offer. It was good for its time, gaming has come along way, and the machines used to play them. On the sad side,Pinball Machines became digital, then after a time they couldn't compete with the video Games, and became less seen in Arcades.
I like living near the river, and being about an hour away from the mountains, the trout fishing, the hiking, the skiing. Sure there are better places about, i suppose thats what makes Australia what it is, we have learn't to be diverse, adapt and make a go of where we call home.
I ride a Giant mountain bike to and from work each day (16kms rnd trip), this bike is on steriods as it is fitted with a 200watt electric motor using Lithium Pollymier battieries. 40kph isnt an uncommon speed on the flats, with 27kph on hills. Other days i take a Trek Hybrid, its a nice all round bike, no steriods on this one, but a pleasure to ride. I havent done any touring on either. Closest ive come is paddled my canoe from Gundagai to Wagga a few times over the years.
I had to go checkout your Profile to see what the problem might be.
Maybe the word "renovation" might have got them alittle shy, or they might know how much work goes in looking after horses, that could have scared a few.
We should look after them in our over stretched Hospital system, and then send them back to place of origin. You must remember these people payed a "fee" its not like there impoverished.
People smuggling is an illegal activity, im sure these people would have had some understanding of there situation before they took the journey.
It's sad it has turned out the way it has, i wish them all the best. As i do the two Aussie service personel that were injured while aboard there vessel.
