Had a go of one last week and they are a great little gadget. I use my iphone to read books but I'm sure its the same principle, books can differ in price but quite a lot are free, worth paying the extra couple of bob and getting the Wi-Fi one's I'd say.
Greetings from Manchester .... The 85 bus to be exact.... Proud of my boys tonight no shame in a tough group. We would have pissed a certain other group though pmsl :-) going to be nice knocking yoonited out of the FA Cup too. Best of luck to the gooners Vin ... Just been told we are 5/1 favs for the Europa. He should play the reserves imo ?
Lescott is an enigma to me but I will defend him cos he is a Blue . Prefer him to Kolo who is finished I reckon and young Savic is not ready. We are still a player or two from the finished article.....
Ah sure am over the pain of it .... Am over next week for the Munich game was hoping that we needed to win to qualify but hey it's not over till the fat lady sings Eh ? . Twas a toss between Munich and your boys at home... Decided on Munich before the Napoli game though pffft .... Bit o Xmas shopping too lol
Considering that the home crowd refereed the second half, I suppose we've got to be happy with a point. I don't think I've ever seen a worse bunch of cheats and divers than that Liverpool team,. Suarez reminds me of the mock Ronaldo, in that everytime he loses the ball, he's pleading for a free kick/ pen/ card for an opponent. Adam & Lucas realised that were given carte blanche to hack and kick anybody they saw fit and duly obliged. I could go on. All in all, it's hard to blame Liverpool if they've sussed out a weak-willed referee will buy every pup they sell him. The second yellow for Mario was pathetic refereeing in it's craven playing to the gallery - it's not Mr Atkinson's first dodgy sending off at anfield this year, either. At one stage (around 70th minute to the end) every single 50/50 challenge (especially in their half) seemed to result in a Liverpool free. I'd love to see the stats for that part of the game. It just beggared belief.
Liverpool are probably thrilled giddy with a point, (God knows, the way the ref's authority unravelled almost into the realms of farce towards the end, they probably feel that they deserve all three).
Look forward to putting manners on them in January.
The flu vaccine itself contains inactivated antibodies,so it can't possibly give you the flu virus itself.
Before you vaccinate for the flu, you should understand what is in the vaccine. The flu shot contains a mixture of egg proteins including bird contaminant viruses. It also contains polysorbate 80 (associated with infertility in animals), formaldehyde (a known carcinogen), Triton X100 (detergent), sucrose (sugar), and thimerisol (50% mercury by weight). The multi-dose flu vaccines still contain mercury which is the third most toxic item known to mankind. You should not ingest or inject any mercury containing products. Looking at this cornucopia of toxic ingredients should make it clear that it is best to avoid injecting the flu vaccine in any living being.
Flulaval, the most commonly prescribed flu vaccine on the market, contains 25ug of mercury per dose along with formaldehyde.
Formaldehyde, as stated above, is a known carcinogen. In fact, this dose of thimerosol exceeds the EPA’s safety limit of mercury exposure by over 250 times. Mercury is a known neurotoxin and is the third-most toxic element known to mankind. Injecting mercury into any living being should be outlawed.
To be honest mate I tried so many times to quit and failed and kept seeing these ads on the tv saying speak to your Doctor and I did and I went the Champix route and couldn't believe how easy it was. I started enjoying them less and one day (the last day I smoked).....I took a drag and I felt ill and that was that lol. It ain't easy.......best of luck
