Congragulations to Nuala whos now a Granny i'd like to wish Nualas daughter and son in law all the best for their new daughter ...may she bring you great joy
his wasnt noticed as he was good at most subjects just bad at english ,he got the help he needed thanks to a great career guidance teacher which continues onto college .
i dont think they do as lot of places dont have the funding .
at least in special needs schools they pick up on the problems the kids may have which is more than i can say about mainstream schools .as my youngest who just did his leaving was diagnosed with dysleixia two weeks before his exams/
i agree with you there as my son is now in an independant living house with 4 lads ,they arrange activities that dont cost too much as they dont always have the funds .there is a inhouse club that they all go to ,they play football and bowls which they all love.
