Theres a man in Dundalk who generally has all the high tech Christmas lights on and massive displays but this year because of energy concerns and wanting to reduce his kw/ph/pm2/py (energy costs)

He has decided against havng a large display...............More power to him or to the rest of us now as hes not using his


But also the fact of its way too early for lights..........jmo

Just seen that Christmas tree lights were turned on in Dublin and there more eco friendly


To me its way to early for lights on and im appalled by it......Also surely if they werent turned on until the 1st of december they would be even more eco friendly ...

Yes ive a couple of flights booked with Aer lingus before Christmas and am worried they might go on strike , The one in 2 weeks is just a break/confirmation for the weekend but if the other flights before Chrisrtmas are cancelled my Parents will miss there connection to their holiday which has cost a small fortune.....

Hi Candy shop i just quickly looked at your profile and it seems well written

you havent gone for the minimalistic or epic profile its just the correct length ..well written good spelling etc .so you should be attracting at least guys who feel they can talk to you and not "aye our lass fancy a quickie "

I hate giving my phone number as most blokes do just for the simle reason is i hate having to repy to texts lol

Yep a lot of people are out of work from the sites and are going to have to travel....if your young enough try Auz there crying out for tradesmen...

I left here when i was 18 for work in the uk and met loads of lads doing the same but they had kids and it broke their hearts being away from their families ....Also Germany was another place i had to work in for a couple of years due to lack of work here ,again i was without kids then and seen many men go to peices..


1 fella arrived at the site with a bad flu......the lorries started at 5am and you were building at 7am..he used to ring his fiance every evening and tell her he wanted to come home but she made him stick it there week after week sleeping in his car sending every penny home bar about a tenner ...

she answered the phone one night saying she took the day off work as she had a sniffle ..he went ape, he basically was a physical wreak had lost 3 stone in 6 weeks and was close to a breakdown...she kept letting him know that she had bought new beds for the kids...painted the house ...nearly caught up with the debts and 2-3 weeks more is all he would have to stay there......

he jumped into a van going home for a week to surprise her ...nothing done to the house , she was out boozing up all his money and he found another mans razor and slippers in his bedside locker ..
