Omg !! that was so amazing and adorable SHE is clearly very happy !! Yes emotions of stress at first but quickly turned to emotions of joy!! what a way to show someone you love them - so much effort and joy put into it now she has a proposal and a wedding that she will never forget!!! thanks for sharing!!!

it is very sad, and am very sad for his children and all who knew him. Maybe you should, maybe someone knows this person and you can at least find out if they are ok. to me there is nothing wrong with showing concern.

Yes i definitely agree, People are perhaps afraid to trust someone they have not met in person , but I for one am happy for all the friends Ive made and hope one day to meet up with them , I count myself as one of the lucky ones I have made some really good friends on line not just here. some of which i have been friends with for 5 plus years.

For those that feel that the friends you make online aren't real or matter.....


Here is a little story of a recent event , from which i have first hand Knowledge.

I have someone close to me who plays WOW and for those that play WOW you know the community can be really close (like some are that have made friends here)- (sometimes almost like a dating site - know several people who have met and married who play.) One of the regular players who play in their guild , had not logged on and was not responding to email etc.. last they had heard he was going to his children games (he was divorced) him not responding to emails and calls and disappearing without informing them that he would be gone for a while was not usual. This person I knew became extremely concerned and just knew something had to be wrong. Finally after awhile this person was able to get ahold of a "real Life" friend of this gentlemen who had essentially disappeared and expressed her concern to his friend who then became concerned as well when they as well started to try to reach him, This friend of his knew where he had kept his key to his home hidden and decided that they better go check on him.


Unfortunately the ending to this story is not a good one. His best friend who had gone to check on him found him dead in his home shot to death by a neighbor who had apparently killed himself as well . This is recent enough that the whole story is not known yet of the actual murder. Of course eventually he would have been found but it had been a week of the person i know trying to get a hold of him and reaching out to people he knew him in "real life" for him to finally have been found. He never missed a game with his children and yet the ex wife never raised concern when he missed 2 games , his friends hadnt seen or heard from him and though not normal, because life gets busy just didnt really think to much of it. Now he will be laid to rest missed by his children and all that knew him. REAL LIFE and ONLINE. His family and friends are in my prayers.


So before you discount people you meet online ...keep in mind they can care as much and have concern as much any real life people you know.
