My first glance is at her as a whole, a quick scan from head to toe. I like a certain build, if she has that build, what I first look at would have to be her eyes and then her facial features, from there her butt/hips.
I think in this day and age of women wanting equal pay, they ought to start to share equally in the financial burden of all relationships. The man is still expected to carry the majority of the financial burdens in almost any type of relationship yet this tips the scale toward way more disposable income for a woman because she may be making as much or more then a man and yet expects the man to pay. JUST NOT RIGHT!!!
