You also must remember one thing. Texas has alot of natural disasters. Quite a few actually. They accept help from all the other states that are puting money into FEMA for natural disasters. Don't forget hurricanes, tornadoes, and fires. Michigan and a few other states, very seldom have those kind of high disaster rates, but put into the fund. We must stop and think of all aspects of things. Okay Texas is a big state, but ALL states have put into the government. Texas isn't the only power house state we have. All the other states have helped out Texas and each other. That is what we are too remember, we are all people. It doesnt take one person to make a difference, it takes all of us. It doesnt take one state to make a difference, it takes all of them. We ALL need each other and need to lend a helping hand to one another instead of showing who is bigger and better than the other. We are all equal, no one bleeds any other color than red. This is all I have to add to this.
