Murder wouild be the charge but police are waiting to see if she dies I am sure so they can hit him with 1degree murder that would carry the death penalty in most states I dont believe this bipolar excuse almost every inmate I see that comes through the jail claims bipolar I think its time some folks stood responsable for their actions the thing we can do for her is PRAY
No he does (not) belong in a jail I work in a jail and we have murders and child molesters to deal with we dont need a grieving father he has suffered enough this day in time if a gun involved in an accident every one wants to put some one in jail the government needs a war on drugs not guns
