I like to cook also. To me food seemto taste better when its done "your" way. I also like to grill and smoke hams and turkeys when I had a smoker. Ooh all of this talk is making my mouth water- - -down home fried chicken, mashed potatoes with gravy, corn-on-the-cob, and biscuits with a tall glass of sweet tea sure sounds good now-YUM!
I have tried all but two of the suggestions. For me the baking soda paste or toothpaste works well. Ice will bring down the swelling. Meat tenderizer(unseasoned) and (this part you not like) tobacco juice will help remove the poison. Preventive measure: a bottle of STING EZE will help out more. You can purchase this product at Wal-Mart in the sporting goods department. I always try to keep a bottle on hand. Best of luck to you.
I guess its time for the Scales to weigh in---haha!
Being yourself is a real good start. Add in common interests, goals, likes, and dislikes. For the most part don't try to change him or let him change you. Don't forget to have space from time to time this will drive the feeling of being "smothered" away.

What about maturity? Does that not have a place? I admit that I dated a woman for some time who was older then me but at the same time she was very inmature. There are some young women who want older men to be their "sugar daddy." The opposite is true as well. Age is a number but at the same time its the "inner person" that counts the most.
With me it took about 2 years. Mainly because of the length of time we have spent together. In the first year i did spend a small time grieving but then I picked myself up and got over her. All the little notes and trinkets she got for me were destroyed---tore them up and burned them to ash. Now I feel more alive and renewed. I am back out on the "dating field" and it feels good.
Hey I like a good salmon toss. Also enjoy a piece of smoked turkey. But it ain't nothing compared to fried venison
Yeah, we in Mississippi have had problems with that group. Funny thing tho' whenever that bunch comes around there is always a few good ol' rednecks here who will fire up a grill or two maybe three and throw some catfish, steaks, chicken, or whatever other kind of meat on and listen to the sizzle. YUM!!!!
