I know im not old, but it does tend to make me feel old when a boy of that age approaches me.... Was in a nightclub few months ago dancing away enjoying the music when a young lad starts dancing with me, to me it was perfectly innocent fun, but after, he asked me if id go home with him!! He was 21... When i declined he got all nasty with me, old was one of the words he used.......

Ah well, they know us older women are more experienced or maybe they think we have more disposable income than girls their own age?? Or maybe they think we're desperate..... which we are not!!!!!!!!

I agree with you, 40 is a great age to be!!! All the insecurities that come with bein a lot younger don't seem to matter anymore, its great.....

Just got an email from some guy, heres what he wrote...... 'Im ....., i like older women' , told him i was out lookin at zimmer frames and id get back to him later!! Is 40 really considered old these days and can any of you come up with anything else to use as a reply.....

Wen i remind my lad now he changes d subject, mind u he is 22!! We have a standing joke in our house anyway, if anybody asks how old mam is the answer is always 36 and a bit..... I tell my ten year old he won't get any pocket money if he tells anybody how old i really am!!!

Kids are priceless! They come out with the strangest things wen u least expect it.. My son wen he was little saw a man on crutches with his legs amputated at both knees, he shouts out in front of everyone ' whys he got no legs' , i didn know wer to look, but yer man just laughed!!! And my daughter once asked me 'why does meat bleed' what do u say to that!!! Btw, great jokes.

I have gotten rid of mine, started the fire with em and bagged up clothes etc and took them into charity shop everybodys different but for me I have to clear out all traces of an ex in order to clear my head and move on!!

I put 36 myself, yet 20yr old guys arent payin attention to that, even wen i say that my son is 22 it doesnt put them off, i thought they were bein ridiculous cos i myself cldnt take a boy of that age seriously and it wld feel way too wierd, askd my son and his answer surprised me, he said he fancied women my age!! So i guess its possible!?!? But id say a younger guy mite want kids and that thought would put me off !!

Hi everybody!!!!
We all want that special somebody in our lives to make us complete, but fate has a funny way of playing tricks upon us, when we look we don't find or we hook up with the wrong person just becos we are in need of somebody in our lives, but when we stop looking, somebody always ends up seeking us out.. We all have a soulmate out there somewhere, maybe we will meet them on here, maybe we will bump into them on the street, who knows, but thats fate!!
