In my case, I have never change, I am the same before and after marriage, the problem was that she wanted to change me, and I refuse because marriage is base on accepting each other as we are, and that is the mistake of most women, most women is like a challence to try to change their husband after they conquer him. I strongly refuse to agree with you, why, because pictures are very deceptive, with the webcam you are seen the person live and in color, I want to see them(webcam) before I go on a date, if there is no date I have no problems with pictures on the profile.
Webcam solve I will say about 80% of insecurity toward that person.
The best way to avoid danger, is to try your best to see that person on the webcam, that will give you an idea how they realy look like, if you can't see them on a webcam, and they refuse to be seen on the webcam, that is a RED FLAG.
I believe that true love has the gift of PATIENCE! If both of you have true love by definition of true love, not base on the lust of the flesh, but love for the whole person, I have known of cases that they waited longer and they are successfuly married and very happy.
