I get anxiety attacks all the time there reallly isnt a rhym or reason sometimes at least. I was told that if you drink to much caffine or just over think situations you could throw your self into one. And i have acutally gotten and axiety related ulcer its crazy. You may have to go see your dr. if they dont go away i ususallly try and go out side get some air deep breaths ya know try and calm your self down. sorry if i wasnt any help
