You will have to speak to whoever the anxiety attacks
are attached to, to see if you can work through it.
Something deep down is troubling you.

uh oh

Oh the dreaded anxiety attack.I had them, severely in the past,
to the point of taking medication. However,it's been 15 years
without the really, really severe ones.I still get them mostly
when I know I'll be flying on a plane. uh oh .I think the reason for that is,I fear leaving my family...for good.
I try to think positive but,it always get the best of me.
Yet,it's more mind over matter, isn't it?

Yes it is. I've gotten them several times in the past & have talked myself out of them.

My honey just flew to Jamaica yesterday. Perhaps it was the not knowing if he landed safely that brought it on. But I got a text from him this morning. He's fine. Now hopefully, they'll stop!! frustrated

Yes, Ive had anxiety attacks in the past too.

Sometimes, as you say, for no apparent reason, and quite often when things are going WELL in your life...dunno

I wonder sometimes whether it is because one is so used to bad things happening, that when something good happens its almost like a brain overload and you feel unworthy of feeling happy, or something...

Youre be grand, Sweets....teddybear

I had mine under control too, until just recently. I think mine are brought on by stress.

If I am stressed a great degree about something Sweet I get a pain in the right side of my chest and in my right shoulder blade so I usually know what caused it. If I know that it's not health related and just stress, I take Advil, but more importantly, I do a lot of deep breathing at the time. It usually takes quite awhile for it to do away.
