I have to mention the colidiol silver is the most powerful anti biotic, anti viral , anti fungis medicine out there. Why you dont hear much about it is because you can make it at home for pennies.Sorta like most of you people dont know that brushing your teeth what sea salt removes all the plaque.Something a dentist wont tell you nor would like you to know.In fact the flouride you brush with everyday causes cavities , weakens bones and lowers IQ .Thinking outside the box works.Flu shots and vaccines really do more harm then good .I know.I sound weird , dont I lol.You have to think for yourself .You cannot trust pharmucuticals.They have done alot of damage to society.All you have to do is look at how bad people look who take these meds

I will be 49 years old in two month and Im i shape of my life.Maybe the 35 thousand miles Ive logged on my trek 1200 road bike and the way I deal with my endocrine system has helped .Its all about maintaining the endocrine system coupled with exersize.I lift a little and ride extreme rides alot. Thats worked for me.Too many folks are walking around with weak lower body muscles.Its kinda weird but I dont fit in well with my own age group sometimes.There are of course some excertionally fit women my age .But not many.
Ive logged the 35 thousand miles in less then 6 years.My resting heart rate is in the 50s.I wiegh 195 pounds and have a size 32 waist and no fat.I guess all the mountains Ive sweated on absorded it all while I hammered my way to the top while listening to some linkin park lol

With all the older folks posting here I havent read anything about maintaining the endocrine system which gets hammered when ever you eat hormone infested meats.
As far as alternitive medicine goes.There are two words. They work.I use collidiol silver everyday which I make myself and never get sick.Hulda clarks zapper kills the parasites in your body.Many of you if you are a adult have about 4 pounds of parasites in your body:o The one thing every cancer has in common is a parasite infestation.Its pays to think outside the box;)
