I havent givin birth to a child But I do raise them lol . Im lucky because when they are at school , Im on my bike training for races . It also helps being retired

actually its a bit scary having young women hit on me . Ill honestly give this advice . Age is a number. If you believe you get old after 50 , then you will be old . I havent let that thought in my mind . I dont allow society to mold my thoughts . I think outside the box and believe nothing I hear on CNN , nor do I take any advice from any doctors . Im a little pissed at my dentist for putting mercury in my teeth but hey , Oh well lol . Now I know its poisen so It aint gonna happen no more . There isnt anyone in my town who can ride a trek road bike like I do . Outside of a profession catagory 5 racer . Get out in the sun , use no sun screen because you need the vitimen D . Dont believe anything because there is so much bs out there when it comes to health you would be shocked lol
Now throw away the flouride tooth paste . If you eat beef or meat , make sure its organic . Dont drink aspertame and never ever allow a dentist to fill your head with mercury silver fillings

Many reasons people look old . Poisens , ie flourides ,aspertame ,horemone infested food , chemtrails , lol , lack of exersise .

Its too bad that we dont live in sweden , there its illegal to get mercury fillings . They wont give you the free health care they have if you have mercury in your head . But they will remove the fillings for free and then give you health care . Another problem with doctors is how they poisen people with un needed vaccines . This is a major major health destroyer . Its too late if youve allready rolled up your sleave for a vaccine but not too late too just say no the flu vaccine . Instead , take a mega dose of vitimen d 20.000 IU a day . Ok , you say you had a accident , neck injury causes your mentioned diagnosis . Whiplash is something I have cured . Im guessing your accident damaged your pituatary gland . Did your doctor mention this ? If not , bring it up to him . You should take a 21 week rHGH or growth horemone trail . I think you life , mood , energy level and over all health would improve within the first week . Now , your doctor wont tell you that most likely
