dealing with backstabbers is a skill,that we learn with experience..
sometimes we never learn,sometimes we get cynical,sometimes we might turn backstabbers ourselves..and sometimes we learn to deal with them appropriately and confront directly,if they are able to compehence issues might be solved,if not ..

its a matter of personal choice..its called life at times..

if the occupation can affect personality(quite possible)i wouldnt date a politician,a lawyer,an accountant,a pharmacist,a policeman,a doctor,any kind of businessman..art people are quite self absorbed too..
on the other hand i ve dated a chef,and he never cooked..
