It is lexica juridik in Stockholm. When you read about it on the web site it sounds like a very good law firm but not anyone ever answers the phone. They have a telephone answering machine, but they never call you back. It was called 3- times ( mornings, afternoon and evening ) plus another day. This is just to warn others
The person called 2 times once in the morning and the afternoon and left a telephone number both times. They have just an answering service. I hope the Law firm calls the telephone number that was left.

If the Plumbers forget anything and must go back you are charge too. If you do not pay you get a bad rating.The government can get involved and stop you from using your credit card

In business A letter for me is better when writing to a company because many times they do not hold their word . I am in Sweden now. I wonder what other countries and experience ? I must say I had some business contact by phone which turned out well but many which were important did not hold their word. It was bad for their company reputation. When I work for a company I know that I am representing them and I treat people like I want to be treated. I once worked in a company and I was a teenage someone just came in yelling at me they were amazed and apologized when I stayed calm and helped them. I explained I knew they were really yelling at the company. I always hold my calm not perfect I walk away if they are using bad language . I believe you have show by example.
Women or men does not mean all but in my experiences and what others around in life have told me.
I thought men in Norway were a little better. You know the way they joke about each others.I worked with one and he was very nice. I do not know so many men from Norway
You are right in Sweden it is suppose to be equal but in reality it is not.Someone told me that they are told not to tell the truth outside.I wish as I said I could do it myself .Woman are very tuff here and very smart but I have seen men go first in spite of that. Men make more money often and get better breaks. You know the all boys club.Some woman try to act like men when they are smart enough to just be themselves. Some men are only nice to woman they like.
Sorry but I still like the doors to open from me. I have learned to open my own car door here.Some foreign men here have taken on the Swedish men traits. Some Swedish will show you a side you rarely see they open doors etc and very consider. Here it is the extreme in both cases.You have to experience it to believe it. They offer because they see I need it.If they ask to come in I tell them the truth the toilet is broke ,pipe or what ever. The usually have two professions I never knew they were plumbers. When I talk about something they say I used to work as a plumber or that it is. I am surprised. I usually help if I am not fixing food. Academicians offer also. Offer might be to nice they brag about how good or nice they are. I rather not say anything than give my word. Giving your word is a honor.It might come back to haunt you if you really a nice person or when you dying. We should treat others as we want to be treat. Thank you remind me of a cowboy very polite. If they say they cannot do it it would be ok.They just keep bragging about how helpful and great they are and always keep their word. Regarding money it is Sweden it does not work the way in Sweden .Just like now I am paying on a bill and never stopped and have overpaid and without warning wrote the company now the government is trying to collect a bill I never stopped paying. They are like the creditors. I am not waiting for an answer to why they are involved. I came home one day found my phone cut off. I had to clear it up during the time I suffering .Employee who listen get better jobs and pay for not helping me contract etc with their companies It is paying unfair bills keep me from paying for other to do work I have enough to live but not for unnecessary bills which I am forced to pay

I am new here and would like to speak to people who are experts or good in there field or job. I have questions that me or people have asked me and i do not know the answers. 1. An example is a woman who was in dispute with her community because when they the plumber came to her home to fix the pipes he could not do it. The plumber said it was the community fault. When the community cleaned out their pipes her water worked.To make a long story short she was left without water for a long time.
2. Another is loss dogs. It is illegal in Sweden but in a area with people with political connection when a police report was filed nothing was done.
3. People having to put up fences because neighbors lets there dogs run free. 4. Many companies sending your name to the goverment collection agency Kronofogden when they want you to pay a phony bill because you will get a bad credit rating. Many people pay the money in fear 5.Due to water be turned off the hot water pipes was switched to the radiator pipes leaving a person to live without hot water.No company would touch it due blockade by the community. 6.Plumbers etc saying they would help but if they do they are told they would never get another job. People get promotion by doing nothing to help
If you are a member of special one for the Eu countries and know what is correct. Also welcome Americans since citizens are Americans and from other countries but living abroad..Of course your advice will be welcomed from anywhere
