i did a hour i want to build up the musles and then go for it, im get a trainer to write out a programe for me it costs 7 euro but its worth it, training releases a endorpin chemical in the brain, a engry happy chemical
thats good advise thats how i done it last time 6 years ago, my weight has gone up agian, but i am deterement to achieve my end result, i will way myself ever two weeks, cut out fatty foods, 3 meals a day breakfast lunch and dinner ,, small amounts. also i will have to stop drinking ...sound advise
