Wouldnt make any difference to my pocket at all, cant see how 4 euro a month will help the people there now, The only aid thats getting through at the minute is to the capital Port-au-Prince, the rest of the country is in ruins

we got help from the EU because we are part of the EU therefore we are entitled to it, we didnt get help because we had a natural disaster

I`m saying they should have had a plan of action in place in the event of such a disaster and there are ways of structuring buildings so that they can withstand the tremors of an Earthquake, Pyramididal type building deal with earthquakes, Now you cant tell be to stand in the streets all day etc I know that but why didnt they have buildings that could withstand earthquakes, " years is enough time to sort something out but then again they have very little money so that probably a non runner,
I didnt say Ireland will never suffer from the effects of a disaster like that, I just said we`re not gonna have any quakes, we might get the after effects of it like a tsunami which would wipe us all out, ya I Think we will be flooded by rising sea levels anyway

Seismologists warned them 2 years ago that there would be a major eruption, Thats not to say they could have prevented it but they should have had a plan in the event of such a disaster, instead they did nothing, no plan= lots of dead people, They are a poor country with most of the inhabitants living on less than a 1 us dollar a day, They lie on fault, the western half of California lies on a fault, if they were warned of quake they would have an emergency plan in place because they have money, so maybe I`m going back on what i said they deserve aid of course they do, The nearest fault to Ireland is thousands of miles away so were not gonna have any quakes here and if we ever do I`ll be long dead and withered away

I see this catastrophe and I say isn`t that awful but really I dont care because Its not directly affecting me, i still have my house and nobody i know has been killed so why should I????
That might be heartless but a lot of people are like that, Its a dog eat dog world and with the way things are in this country its every man for himself and do I think we should be giving 2 million in aid??? No because we have our own problems in this country, thats not to say we shouldnt give some sort of aid

thats my pet peeve, you wouldnt want to park a decent car in a car park because you have ignoramuses who park beside ya and throw open the door of their car and leave a nice dent on your own car
If i caught 1 of them in the act I`d string them up
but most of the times its just kids who throw open the doors

I`ll start so Just heard on the news today of a 65 year old man who claimed a dead pensioners pension for 23 years
What kind of a country is this???? when a person is able to do something like that for so long, an post and the social must have there heads in the sand
The man claimed a total of 136,000 euro and also claimed his own social payments, He claims to have spent all the proceeds of the dead mans pension on drink now thats a laugh
An post have reimbursed the social welfare of the 136,000 and now there coming after this man who is being treated for cancer and he hasnt a pot to piss in, so i dunno where they expect him to find this money unless he has a tree in his garden that grows 50s by the dozen daily

Cinemas not a great place to get to know somebody, you spend most of your time looking at the screen instead of each other so I dont think its a great idea, Its ok if you want to spend time together but its not quality time ah who cares just bring her to the cinema

Walk for at least a half hour a day, thats what they recommend and it works too, needs to be a brisk walk too no strollin along without a care in the world
