Cailin its great you where able to have it done more for health reasons and delighted its now boost your confidence. Its the huge difference between health improvements and the vanity changes i'm interested in.
Everyone i've seen reply so far do not need to change a single thing about themselves - its amazing what they feel they need to change to make themselves acceptable to others.
