just curious, have you had this problem before. Have you tried using a different browser and then seeing if you get the same problem? i.e. internet explorer, mozilla firefox
Have ye tried logging out and logging back in, then trying to send the message + do you still get the message "exceeded the 24 hour limit "?

Try eyedrops, if you can get your hands on them. I used to have problems with my eyes when working long nightshifts and staring at a computer screen, basically avoid rubbing them aswell:)
hehe, na, theres no way i can do the splits lol.. cant even do yoga as my hamstrings are wayy to tight to do any of the reflexs, think if i stayed off running for a few years i might be able to ;)
did both in the end, seems to be ok but if i try and do the splits or basically outstrech the leg then i feel a sudden jerk of pain:( think some rest in order ^_^
Yeah, i think i might have been filmed in newzealand, buts its a classic, i liked the original dawn of the dead aswell, plus evil dead 1-2. Think i have all the return of the living deads on cassette aswell. There are alot of average ones out there though ^^
I have seen quiet a few, i liked braindead, especially the father ted lookalike it in it but i would not recommend cannibal holocost (thought that was too extream)

Aye, its pretty much the muscel from the upper thigh right up to the hip, although I am no doctor, best thing i can do is take it easy, rest it and contact a physio if its troubling me next week ^^
