tried optrex, didnt seem to work
theres no dirt behind the eye its just that feeling,

Try eyedrops, if you can get your hands on them. I used to have problems with my eyes when working long nightshifts and staring at a computer screen, basically avoid rubbing them aswell:)

Sound like you may have slightly bruised or scratched the eye hun, in that case rinsing it wont help. You will need ointment or special drops, you could ask the chemist they are usually good for advice on whether or not you need to seek treatment.
