Enniscrone beach is only 5 miles away from me, i do my running down there. Its an amazing release to be running bare-foot in shorts along the water line on the beach, fresh sea breeze filling your nostrils, sand and sea water trickling off your feet. Even if its for half an hour, the beach is the best release and cost free, it really brightens up my days.. Anyone else find this to be true?
If the pain is that bad, all you can do is make sure you keep the area warm. Heat relaxes the muscle, dont be up and about too much, be lying down if possible. There is not much else you can do man, its a sensitive area.
ok well anything cold can do very bad damage to it so make sure you keep the area very warm at all times. Rest is the main thing to be honest. And now and again, do a muscle stretch, put your 2 hands binded together , reach your hands as far up above your head as possible and then bend down slowly and touch your toes keeping your legs dead straight and slightly apart. Do that 10 times every hour.
hey stanley good post. my heart tells me ireland but my mind tells e france. my mind is predicting a 10 point win for france unfortunately. But i really hope im proved wrong. i agree with your other 2 predictions but i predict england to win by 20+ .
