Its an amazing release to be running bare-foot in shorts along the water line on the beach, fresh sea breeze filling your nostrils, sand and sea water trickling off your feet.
Even if its for half an hour, the beach is the best release and cost free, it really brightens up my days..
Anyone else find this to be true?
