yet again i fooled myself into thinking this could make into a decent conversation....
if people are gonna make an arguement it would help if they supported it with reason and not make outrageous comments, everybody is entitled to their opinion but some just seem to love get straight on the attack and insult!!
exactly(well nearly) i just believe that we are heading for civil unrest, just not a united one..it seems to me that we have one layer venting down their anger to the next layer and so on...
as Castro himself said" i started with 82 men, i still would have done it with 15" but only because he had the some upport in all "classes"( i hate that word )...
but when its all said and done....the grounds for change are clear for ALL to see..just a matter of who stands up to grab it!!!
but from a social point of view two wrongs dont make a right.. been treted unfair does not give the right to treat others unfairly...and thats the how this dispute is going..
whats done is done, none of us can change that..what we can change is how things are done in the future..and with a little luck, people will stand up for a change...but it has to be a stand together from the bottom up, not from the middle up and forget those underneath...
“If by the mere force of numbers a majority should deprive a minority of any clearly written constitutional right, it might, in a moral point of view, justify revolution”
above is a very relivent quote...tho i would maybe change constitutional right to a moral right...
we need a total change in this country a completre re-organising..
but i am not an econimist or finacial expert... but common sense will tell that in order to move on we will have to first ACCEPT what we have and then improve it..
it amazes me that people in the public sector actually believe that causing interuptions and inconveinence to the everyday public is the way forward....whats more is these people have some of the most secure jobs in the country where as there is a mass of unemployment in other areas...
the basis of there actions is
we dont want to work for less money but we do want to do nothing for certain periods for full pay!!
imagine the feelings of some people who worked hard all their lives, loose their jobs go down so social welfare to make a claim and read a notice on the door saying "sorry we are closed due to industrial action" "please call back tomorrow" like wtf??? the people who are more aware of the unemployement situation than most and deal with it on a daily basis take action that affects those who are worse off!! but not only that, take this action and want paid for doing it!!
