It is interesting that you replied to this post, in reading it again it seems unfortunately that there is even more conflict there and as you probably have already read that now the recent killing of the villagers that was first said to be from one soldier and now the talk of it being possibly up to 20 that were involved,,,this politics and war is surely a ugly game it would seem in whoever is involved. And none of it makes sense to me, I think it is wrong, be it 1 or 100 but 20 soldiers to kill 16 seems like a bit much,,not saying it is not true,,,I just cant help thinking they would not need that many,,,,or maybe they wanted to kill more..I somehow doubt we will know what the "whole" truth is..and is it another way to achieve a larger goal,,,and by who? (rhetorical) I doubt that anyone can really know accept those that are the actual ones involved,,and then to what they were told on another note. You see John, I might say some things and even tried to make sure that your words in a paticular post were not misunderstood, but let me be quite clear. I do not share your beliefs on many things, especially when it comes to hate and entire nations or ethnic groups also expressing hatred at one another. I do not think it is right to shut off the usa from the rest of the world and I do not want to have people "SHOT" at the borders. I do believe there are problems, and I think a lot of them are with the higher up powers. anyway, the way things are going around here I feel this need to fall into damage control, so don't think I am singling you out, I have more that will have to be dealt with in other areas. Hi Ali. if you mean the poll? it is higher on "short" I think that is fine. I am not one to have people wear their hair in a way that they feel uncomfortable, whether it is Colour or The Cut and Shave. What I do feel strongly about is the diference that you get from some one like myself that can really make the hair fall into place and have longevity in the way it holds it;s shape even if they don;t make it back to the shop in time for another cut. I had a client come in today that is a regular and after she got in the chair she told me that two days ago she tried another Stylist and she was upset about the way the hair felt and looked like. It was cut in a way that took away the reflectivity and made it look very beat up as though she had been in a fire or bad weather. I Took care of her and charged her like regular and she also tipped me basically costing 55 usd and she was so happy. The same for my clients be them men or women,,they come back because they simply can not get the same service from anyone else once they come to me. I have taught others to cut and colour hair but even out of those it is very few that maintain the discipline and care to give 100%. Nikogash ;-}

I see this thread is evolving into a place to expose as many ugly things about different countries now....So, I ask you BB when you get online, where do you want this thread to go? I am just curious. Again, this is very messed up and as Conrad said early on, these things do happen and have happened in the past, it is true though, we have much more interaction with the media and it's full spectrum of ultra violence. I saw a show on tv tonight that just made me ill. It was called "Saving Face". A documentary about Women that have acid thrown in their face by men in their country. A London based Plastic Surgeon born in Pakistan went back to that country (Pakistan) where this happened and talks and performs reconstructive surgery on the victims of this senseless and oh so heinous "act" I don't truly know if it is considered a crime there. Here and I would think most places it would be so far out there I can not even imagine what kind of a mind can do this. Well, this is not meant to take away from the original post, (and it certainly does not) it just seems people are posting ugly stuff and this is pretty ugly.
yeah, I read it. When I returned from Macedonia, I was treated like a criminal by TSA in the airport. I don't like it either...and I was even born here. So...unlike some that just say they will not come here because of the borders or security that is fine,,,but if I travel out, I still have to come back,,,and I have been treated like crap plenty of times crossing USA borders. I have never been to Canada so I have no idea what that is like. I know in 1989 leaving Amsterdam was scary as hell, and that going from Spain to France they held us for 5 hours and then sent us back into Spain. I really do know what it feels like to be kicked around. It is not so great. SO, whatever people want to think about me is just the way it is, Maybe I have been here too long,,I don't know.
