In theory no land is own by anyone .. anyone can move in and yes outbreed the locals, the locals will try to protect there position by resisting the foreign ideology and in first case the foreign idea try to adapt in the new environment and locals try to adopt the foreign .. this leads to friction but in long term either one succeed in. But in most cases it is the foreign force which takes over the local
