I dont think it is wrong to be intolerant of intolerance We should clearly mark out the if the boundaries are ignored. Refraining from voicing discontent because we may fear retribution is one of the hopes or aims of megalomaniacs.
I can only hypothesise about "reports" but from what I have seen in many threads there has been a lot to "report on" and I feel sure a lot of reports have been made about him.
Well with the freedom to voice opinions also comes a responsibility
I am sure people are aware of most rules which are probably in line with the society we live in.
Most people have sufficient "nouse " to understand their responsibilities and if they have to be gently reminded about them then they usually comply, in a reasonable way
