.... I've actually taken a new hobby up of watching a dripping tap to help save my sanity. The numerous "Woesome me" threads and daily drivel by the same group really was becoming to much to bear

I nearly bought a game with Archery included for my Wii but ended up with a pinball game instead
& Tomatt I'm definitely still considering the yoga option. Though not sure I can get my legs in the lotus position 
I don't drive so cycle 10 miles a day getting to work and back on my trusty old racing bike. One day about 4 years ago I was riding to work at 5am and fell asleep on it Luckily I woke up just as I was about to crash into a back of a car

When I mentioned these courses to my son, he just said "Good God" ...and when I told everyone at work this morning they never said anything. All they did was stand there looking stunned like this -->
