Some GREAT suggestions for dates there Anne! Hard to top them really! Ah...I like arriving with flowers and / or chocolates for my dates..and as for where to have the actual date in question...,well, any of the above or just meet up for a simple 1 on 1 coffee together (especially good for the 1st date).

The weather has been freeeezing this past week. Lot of rain too! Generally really winter-y at the moment.

Have u been to Australia before? My brother in law is just about to head up to your kneck of the woods ;) He originates from the Shetland Islands, so he's gonna catch up with fam etc.

110% agree Shell. I also feel that if one spends enough time taking in the natural world, and not just the man-made world, then things start to become much clearer.

It really is a beautiful would that we've been given, with all the resources any of us could possibly want or need. It's human greed, hate and selfishness that has caused all of our societal / global problems.

No living thing in a world offering so much, should be found starving, in poverty or/ alone...
