Broadband users of Skype were still puzzled this morning over the worldwide outage that took the service down yesterday.
The voice over internet protocol (VoIP) service that allows computer owners to phone and carry out video calling online had expected to be back online within a matter of hours. Today, however, Skype is still reeling from technical troubles that it has been working hard to recover from.
