Recently when out for a few pints in the UK, I saw a frail 90 year old scither of a wee chap in tears at a bus stop, looking nervous and bewildered as I was walking down the hill passing the stop.
It was 2am in the morning and he missed his last bus several hours earlier, but was waiting in hope for something to turn up. It was a small town parade day which turned a bit roudy, with drunken yobs up and down the street and the anticipation of fighting in the air.
I stopped to ask the shivering aul fella if he was okay. He was asking to get back home 30 miles away, and was only in town once a year to see his sister on her birthday.
Two police were stood across the road minding their own business, so I helped the poor pint sized wee mite across the road and told the two officers to help out and take him back home. They said they were not a taxi service, and I said they should be ashamed of themselves.
First of all they were to mind the old fella in the meantime in case trouble kicked off on the street, but as I was leaving, one of the officers walked up to me and apologised and said he was not thinking straight and he would get the squad car up and take the old chap home straight away.
As I came down the hill earlier, I had spotted a lovely lass further up the road, I had met earlier in the pub and I was getting the nod to nip back to her flat, and I was thinking, "fill yer boots lad, fill yer boots".
As I helped the old chap instead, she walked off in a huff, even though I mentioned for her to hang on. Well, in the kebab shop later, the donna tasted just that bit better as I had done a good nights work overall.
I felt a warm wee glow in my tum, for at least one good deed. Would have been nice 2 out of 2, but not to worry.
In the YouTube clip, from BBC 2 "Madness in the Fast Lane" - the UK police first turned up on the scene because the lass in the red cardigan (2nd twin) had got knocked down initially and the ambulance was on its way, but she appeared okay, then she was off again running into the motorway and she hit the roof of another car, got knocked out and then awoke and then off again into the traffic for some more !
Six UK officers struggled to restrain her. Both twins were not found to be on any drink or drugs !
The first twin hit by the truck is now living in the USA. The other twin in the red cardigan was charged with assaulting a police officer and trespass on the motorway. She was sentenced to one day in prison which she had served and subsequently released.
She went on to STAB TO DEATH a total stranger the next day and abscond from the scene, then during her pursuit she was repeatedly hitting herself over the head with a lump hammer, then she jumped off a motorway bridge into the traffic and she suffered two broken ankles. Third time in 24 hours for her, leaping into motorway fast moving traffic on a death wish.
She was sentenced to three years and is due for release early next year...much to the dismay of the dead mans family. Probably to reunite with her sister in the U.S. or her sister comes back over ?
The red cardi twin was diagnosed with possibly suffering from folie à deux* (possibly both twins ?) so the chance of it happening again should they be reunited is quite real.
Ladies worried about the murphy chap being released, are in no way to be as worried as much as men being worried when the twin in the red cardigan is released.
Story not in the red tops - Daily Star or Sun which makes it more low key and a ticking bomb ready to go off. Obviously, very, very, very, very disturbed and homicidal / suicidal twins, double trouble.
Her poster (red cardi twin) is worth putting up on very lampost if anyone is worth highlighting as a real and positively potential danger to the public. Watch out blokes !
I think the repatriating of the two would spark the critical mass needed for them to replay the whole episode over there in the states. Some odd twins can be very weird as they grow up and become embroiled in their own small strange world. Of course not for the mighty majority of twins!

Mad in the least. Then as it turns out locked up for a night and out the next day to kill a man. Now she's due out of jail after, what 3 years ? The day she is due to be released, I bet money something is gonna happen and it won't be good. Proper nutter.
Surely a good aul' flag burning once in a while is no real problem. People get all soppy when someone has pooed on or burned what is just a bit of cloth afterall !
Was the no girls thing a legal technicality ? Something about the great truckers strike of the 1970's when the truckers held up britain for three weeks because of the introduction of female truck driving licences.
After a big stand off between the army, government and the unions, the truckers got paid in Yorkie bars, women were allowed to drive, but the deal was that girls were banned from eating Yorkie bars.
Nowadays you catch the odd lass having a suck on one if a fella has legally got it out first !
Ye probably like the mixed province Union Jack though. Nice bunch of colours etc.
I always thought it was the Onion Jack when I was younger cos it made some of the old folk a bit teary, especially when they heard some mad tune like god save the queen.

Can we get by knowing we have to live knowing most of us probably will not meet or date a lovely burlesque dancer.It would be nice if every lady you met could shake yer thunder crackers off simply by rattling out a burlesque routine.
