Maybe..I'm a little colored in my thinking..since I'm a Veteran and a 3 tour guy..but....ya know..it's never this way or that way..it's usually a mix of the two..
well ya know...our cold war was over and all the gov. contractors where going out of business...had to have one somewhere...else..when we really need some good weapons..who would have been left around to build them..
very true X ppl. have to remember that all news media is in it for the money..they have to be or wouldn't have a job..and sensationalizm sells. I still get a kick out ppl. who say..but they didn't find WMD's..oh..but they did...just was sensationalized, because then they would have to oooppss..so sorry for beating you up..
