Your right there..your average person has know idea what a Union can do for you..
I've volunteered as Union negotiator for about 15 years now..Why..well mostly because I like to argue and shout.. But raising the minumum wage doesn't really do anything in the long run but serve notice the employers that they should pay a little more..in the end all the cost go back to the customer.
