Serious answer here….

When one is morally, spiritually and financial bankrupt. Your family and friends will no longer have anything to do with you and you are eating off the ground to survive. When you are placed in a state run mental/drug rehab due to your lifestyle choice and no one cares any more about you, rather you live or die and you lie in a bed under a wool blanket not know and secretly hope that you do die. When food and water will not stay down because your body is in jonesing so bad for whatever you on…….and then you realizes all of this is self induced.

I volunteer at a rehab center and rock bottom is in no short supply there.

Bottom is different for everybody.

Some times it is at a time in life that one just wants to grow, change and become more than they are. A lifestyle is just old and overplayed and not going anywhere. That is a bottom of a lesser degree but never the less, a bottom.hug

You can hit rock bottom in so many ways, but if you've been there you rather not talk about it
