Now that does make you wonder..I met a fellow once in a Canadian room, before MSN shut down, and he was asking every woman there to marry him. They had to give him the "boot", but it does make you think!
We have the same problem here "Lion", only on the island it's alot harder to get in, have to fly or go by sea. You wouldn't believe how tight the borders are now. We used to be able to just drive down to the States, now we're going to need passports! That's the result of 911.
I'm Canadian, and I think that to change the wording of your constitution from people to citizen is telling the world that it's ok for you to be the "robots" of the country. Citizen goes back to the days when the Communist Party ruled Russia and the "citizens" had no say in what was happening around them. So i say "Nay" on that one!
